To celebrate the role that sports plays in your life, Straw Hat Pizza has created this contest so you can share your story with the world. So grab a video camera and show us how Straw Hat Pizza helps fuel your favorite sport. Go here to download an application and the rules and then create a video—to be hosted on YouTube—using music, humor, and other creative elements to show how sports and pizza go together. For example: your team planning or celebrating at Straw Hat Pizza; a friend or family member showcasing their athletic skills; or how much you enjoy watching sports and eating Straw Hat Pizza!

Winners will be awarded pizza for a year at his or her local Straw Hat Pizza. Each store winner will then be eligible to win the company-wide Grand Prize for Top Video.

Our prizes: Winners will receive free pizza for a year at their local Straw Hat Pizza. Each winning video will be entered in the Grand Prize Top Video contest. The Grand Prize Sports package will include:

3. Upload your video of no more than 2 minutes on how Straw Hat Pizza Fuels your Sport to our YouTube user group.
4. Complete and submit the contest entry form on our strawhatpizza.com website.
5. Videos will be posted to the Straw Hat Pizza YouTube Group and Channel for voting after we've reviewed them for contest eligibility.
6. Tell all your friends to visit StrawHatPizza.com, follow the contest links to vote on your video, join our group, and upload their own entries.
